Cancellation Policy 

Coaching
If you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance, we will provide a full refund. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, we will not provide a refund, but we will offer another appointment.  

Online Events
For online programmes and service offerings, once the programme content has been accessed, no refunds are available.

Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, the payments made to cover the agreed coaching costs for the next month, E.g. a subscription payment made on 1st December, would cover the cost of coaching throughout December. A payment made mid March would cover the monthly coaching sessions to mid April. Subscriptions can be suspended for agreed holiday periods or cancelled at any time with a minimum 1 month notice period.

In-Person Events
For in-person events we strongly recommend travel & trip-cancellation insurance.
If you are unable to attend and we can fill your place from the waitlist, we will refund your tuition on a pro rata basis:
If you cancel more than 90 days before the event:
You will be charged an £150 administration fee and you will be refunded any additional payments (subject to filling your place).
If you cancel between 60 and 90 days before the event:
You will be charged the full deposit amount, and will be refunded any additional payments (subject to filling your place).
If you cancel less than 60 days before the event:
You will be charged the full amount. It may be possible to apply your deposit to another event on a case-by-case basis.

If we can’t fill your place:
We’ll provide you with documentation to support a claim to your travel insurance provider, but any payments made are nonrefundable. 
Refunds will be sent within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.
Emma Rowe reserves the right to cancel the event in the case of civil unrest, natural disaster or other major catastrophe. In the event of cancellation of the event in its entirety, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. You agree to release Emma Rowe and its agents and/or representatives from any liability, including consequential expenses you may have incurred in planning to attend. We will provide you with documentation to support a claim to your travel insurance provider for flights and other expenses not paid to Emma Rowe.
